Niall Kenny

Qualifications

After commencing his professional career in strata management in Dublin, Ireland, Niall relocated to Australia in 2013 and joined Smarter Communities as a community manager. Since then he has progressed through various roles across the business, which included the position of Innovation Manager in 2020.

Niall is a passionate, solutions focused leader with a wealth of client facing experience. With his knowledge of the strata industry and forward-thinking mindset, Niall has identified many new initiatives, that have established a smarter way of doing business for the company.

In 2022, Niall was promoted to his current role of Head of Innovation. The role involves growing an innovative culture within the company to maintain a competitive advantage, while continuing to identify new opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive long-term growth.

Niall has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Property Economics from ATU Galway – Mayo.
